Semillon and Black bean

I think in all my years of drinking wine, I have only ever had one
food / wine match that was "made in heaven"

It was a 95 Lindemans Reserve Semillon from the Hunter along with Seafood in Blackbean from Lui Rose in North Strathfield.

It was simply sensational.

So, with one bottle of the wine left, went back 2 weeks later, and ordered the same dish, and it was ordinary.

You get that !!
