I've volunteered to be moderator for this forum and I'm hoping it will become a useful resource for all of us.
To start the ball rolling I will be putting up some posts on some of the highlights of food and wine from my recent holiday in Thailand and a brief stopover in Kuala Lumpur, I hope you will find something interesting there, we ate well every day and the evening meals for 2 ranged from 90 Bt ($3) to over 9,000 Bt ($300).
In addition there will be polls, restaurant reviews, recipe of the week threads (and maybe pie of the month as well), wine-food matching advice and Gavin has offered to reward the "recipe/post of the month" with 15% off on the winner's next wine order (anything except gift section and Auswine cellar, so 70% of the Auswine offerings). You obviously need to be signed-in to win the prize so we can be sure who it is and contact you with the necessary details.
All constructive suggestions are welcome, post here or PM/email me with all your good ideas on how to make this forum a great place to visit.
