check out the last few editions of the "australian grapegrower and winemaker" magazine, they have a classifieds section in the back and this sort of stuff is common.

Hi

I am considering leasing our vineyard. It is in Bywong just nort of Canberra near Lake George. We have approx - 1.5 acres Mataro, 2 acres Riesling, 1 acre Chardonnay (1 acre) and some Merlot and Cab Sav. The grapes were planted from 1973 but have been neglected to some extent. I am getting them back into production for next season. The place has a registered cellar door, shedding and also a comfortable 4 br ensuite house. I was considering leasing the whole package including all the equipment you need. There is also irrigation to all grapes.

If you are still intersted let me know

Steve
